The objective of the project is the supervision works of a new road from the city of Fier to the city of Levan for a total length of around 22 km. The Fier-Levan road represents a part of the EU South-North corridor of Albania (VII corridor). The proposed new road present a 4 line cross section (2+2) for a total width of 22.00 m (1.75m+2*3.75+1.75m=11.00m for each direction). The works includes bridges, culvert and retain wall.

Regional project meant to address the political, legal and institutional components for improved transport policy implementation. Will help to improve governance in the transport sector through the drafting and monitoring of regional community directives and rules, harmonization of practices and implementation of the rules at national level.
In particular, the project wil improve the sustainability of road investments (putting a stop to overloading and better governance of road maintenance), improve transport conditions and help set up a facility for technical assistance and studies to assist in preparing blended loan/grant funding operations.

Supervision of Works of the 29 km trunk road from Kalimash town to the Kossovo border (Morine).

Technical assistance aimed at strengthening Africa wide capacity to regulate, organize, promote and finance improved inter regional and continental transport infrastructure and services through interconnectivity across regions by promoting safe trans-boundary transport corridors and harmonized transport policies.

The objective of the assignment is to facilitate and promote the reform in the waterborne transport. Was included provision of recommendations for improvement and assistance in the adoption of the draft IWW law and eaboration of the Terms of References for a new technical assistance project “Assistance for Dnieper transport development” suitable in structure and quality for the EU external assistance tender procedure and requirements.

Etude on evaluation des programmes des 9ième et 10ième FED dans le secteur des transports en terme d’impact et de durabilité; Formulation de recommandations (i) pour renforcer l’impact et la durabilité du programme 10ième FED dans sa phase finale de mise en œuvre et (ii)’interventions ponctuelles qui pourraient être mise en œuvre dans le cadre du 11ième FED pour assurer la durabilité des investissements consentis sous les 9ième et 10ième FED.

The objective of the assignment is the Supervision of works and safety coordination of:
Lot 1: extraurban works – the rehabilitation of the existing road connecting the city of Shkoder and the city of Hani I Hotit located on the border with Montenegro with a total road extension of approximately 30 Km; Lot 2: urbanization works of the Shkoder city, Koplik and Bajza towns

Technical Assistance to provide the European Union and the Government of Kenya with an assessment of the achievements of the Institutional Capacity Building programme to date and to make recommendations for the remaining implementation period to ensure the project purpose is achieved and the results are sustained

Review of the institutional and legal status of the LTRC. Capacity Building including training needs assessment in order to formulate a comprehensive multidisciplinary training program for the staff of LTRC. Development of a regulatory framework of road safety and transport units.

Feasibility Study for the construction of the earth road that will cross the Womey lowland, on the Djonou lagoon, in the town of Abomey-Calavi.

Feasibility study and Final Design of the rehabilitation works of road R3 Chisinau-Hincesti-Cimislia-Basarabeasca, from km 31+000 to km 70+000

Supervision of works of the rehabilitation road works of 2 lines cross section (1+1) for a total width of 10.50 m. The works includes bridges, culvert, retain wall and lighting system.

Rehabilitation wotks of the bridges included in the more comprehensive project for the construction of island’s ring road extended over 75 km (Travaux de réhabilitation de la route de cotournement inférieure de l’Ile de Fogo).

Detailed Design of “Castelli Romani” ring road by-passing the cities of Albano and Genzano.

Detailed Design of road bridge over “Via Emilia” and related junctions.

Preliminary design of “Castelli Romani” ring road by-passing the cities of Albano and Genzano.

Final design and Detailed design of the A24 motorway slip road, to serve the new urbanization areas E1 Ponte di Nona, PEEP C2 Lunghezza, B4 Castel Verde, PZ n20 Ponte di Nona.

Design and consultancy concerning Tender for the award of the construction of motorway trunk Lakhdaria-Liasison, including no. 3 viaducts in prestressed concrete with 167 m, 120 m and 200 m span.

Support in preparation of the Final design of the existing bridges rehabilitation on the Matam-Ourosogui link road.
